Sales Associate ($13-16/hour)
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Hello World—welcoming every customer genuinely while confidently multitasking across the store's daily operations, including POS transactions, product knowledge, checking on customers, and maintaining a tidy store.
You’ll play an important role in our customers’ experience and help ensure they leave excited to come back. Our team has counted on it for over 25 years.

As a Keyholder Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Hello World and take on keyholder responsibilities that keep the store running smoothly. You’ll deliver genuine, confident customer service, run the POS efficiently and accurately while upholding store policies and procedures, and reliably open and close the store by ensuring all opening/closing tasks are completed correctly. You’ll also support the team by handling escalated customer questions and concerns in a professional, friendly way that reflects our store’s values.
