Yes! All year round, Hello World offers complimentary gift packaging. This includes our white gift bag, white tissue, and a ribbon OR a gift box with white tissue & a ribbon.

Some items cannot be gift packaged due to the item's size or weight. But, we always do our best to work our magic.

Gift Wrapping is complimentary with a purchase. We often have wrapping paper available for purchase, but we currently do not offer custom gift wrapping services.

If you'd like us to gift wrap an online order, please leave a note at checkout or call/email the store after you complete your purchase.

We hope you love everything that you purchase from Hello World, but if you don’t and you would like to make a return then please read the information below.

IN-STORE PURCHASES
All merchandise must be in its original condition to be considered for a return.Any damaged or used merchandise will not be accepted. Please bring the merchandise to Hello World within 7 days of the purchase date to receive a full refund in the same form of payment of purchase. Merchandise received after this period will receive an exchange or store credit only up until 30 days from purchase date. Merchandise received after 30 days is not eligible for a return or store credit. Discounted or Sale Items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned unless otherwise authorized by Hello World. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

ONLINE PURCHASES
All merchandise must be in its original condition to be considered for a return. Used merchandise is not eligible for return. Any product damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer with the exception of defective merchandise. Returns of online purchases will not be accepted after 30 days. All gift items received are eligible for store credit only.

GIFTS
All hello world gifts are eligible for store credit. Store credit never expires. Once items have been returned and processed a store credit will be issued.

All Sale Items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

We currently ship to 48 contiguous U.S. States.

It's free! We keep a virtual stamp card for all your purchases. When you receive 12 stamps you can choose any full priced item for half off (excluding furniture.) To earn a stamp, make a single purchase for $25 or more. For each $25 increment you spend, at one time, you earn a stamp (i.e. spend $75, get 3 points.) Stamps do not expire and you can use them whenever you'd like. You will receive 50% off of the highest priced, full-priced, item in your purchase. To begin collecting stamps, we need your First Name, Last Name, and email. Signing up for email updates does not sign up for stamps. Please tell the associate that you have a stamp card every time you're checking out.

At this time, our loyalty rewards are not synced to the online store. Please leave us a note at checkout or call/email the shop immediately after placing your order. We will make sure you get your stamps!.

Unfortunately, we are not able to apply a stamp card retroactively to a purchase. Please call, email, or message on social media before checking out. Rewards do not apply to shipping rates unless your reward purchase is made in an order that receives free shipping anyway (i.e. free shipping over $100.)
