Care: Hand wash in warm water and soap. Towel or air dry. It's that simple!
Wood boards benefit from periodic conditioning, so we recommend treating your board with oil (Mineral Oil or Coconut for example). Spread the oil liberally across the surface of your board, let sit overnight if possible, then wipe away any remaining oil before use. Repeat this process whenever the board looks dry.
Do not soak bamboo (or any wood) cutting board. Prolonged submersion in water can open the natural fibers
