Purchasing and Processing Orders

After placing your order a confirmation email will be sent directly to your email address. This email restates the items that you purchased. Within 3-5 business days, if in stock, the order will be filled and ready to ship. Hello World uses UPS to ship all customer packages. Orders are shipped twice a week. If the product is in stock we will have it ready to ship within 1-3 business days. At time of shipping you will receive a second email estimating your package arrival and tracking numbers for your own tracking needs. At this point all returns and refund conditions apply. Upon receiving your order, all merchandise must be inspected. Any damaged claims must be made within 3 days of your receipt. Any damage due to shipping must be filed through UPS and all exterior packaging must be saved for to submit for UPS claims.

Vintage Furniture

Hello Home, on the corner of 10^th and Pine, specializes in vintage one of kind furniture.  Our vintage collection is a wonderful mix of mid century modern pieces dating between 1960's - 1980's.  One of the great qualities of vintage furniture is it has been lovingly used, adding magnificent character to each piece.  Hello Home makes every effort to clean and refresh our furniture without illuminating its original character. 

Purchasing and Availability

All of the furniture sales are final.  Due to the nature of vintage furniture we ask that you please call one of our trained personal for specifies on anything you see on the website.   

Shipping

All shipping must be arranged by purchaser through an insured common carrier.  We will supply you with all dimensions and weight for a quote.  The furniture will not be wrapped for shipping by Hello Home.  All packing and wrapping must be done by the purchaser’s common carrier.  All damage claims must be made to Common Carrier.

- Greyhound

Refunds and Exchanges

We hope you love everything you buy from Hello World. But if for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, not to worry. All items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Just fill out a Return and Exchange form located on the bottom of the page (also one included in your package). Then submit it to our office in Philadelphia where some will get back to you with a return authorization number and you can proceed to ship your package back to us. Unfortunately, all return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser with the exception of damaged or inferior goods.

We suggest shipping your package with a carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or Via insured USPS Parcel Post, just to be safe and to also allow you to have a tracking number.

Absolutely no refunds will be accepted without prior Return Authorization Number (RA#) The item must be returned within 30 days of when its was received. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will be processed after returned merchandise has been recieved and inspected.

Claims and Damages

All damaged claims must be made within 3 days of your receipt.

If the items you bought from Hello World are damaged or inferior we will cover the full shipping cost . Upon receipt of all goods we will inspect the merchandise and refunded all your shipping and purchasing cost. Please include all original packaging.

Out of Stock

Due to the demand for our unique products, there are times where our inventory will be depleted and our items will be out of stock. You will be notified immediately when something you order is out of stock. You then will have the option of cancelling or allowing us to hold your order until it can be fulfilled. When you find something that you love but isn't in, please call or email immediately to find out availability and pricing. In our regular store and our online store, we do our best to keep a full inventory of all products.

Sales and Promos

Sorry to say but, Hello World does not offer rain checks when an item is discounted, on sale, or out of stock at the time of promotions.

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:
